I've have had a big and exciting day. I've sampled new foods and technologies. Two of these technologies are Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. I brought a PlayStation 4 Camera which lets little robots dance across my bed and I tried a non game VR device in a store that game me a 360 degree view of various scenes. It was impressive and I can see a lot of applications beyond gaming. Everything from a new telephone system, to paraplegics being able to walk around other countries for the comfort of their beds. Could one day we be able to explore in real time?

Sadly you can't hear my voice in the video. Not sure yet as to why:

In the ninja part of the video I had to move my arms a lot and I must have looked ridiculous! That being said it was a lot of fun!

What do you think of VR and AR?

That was pretty great. I've not seen anything like it. It was also great to see you working that controller. I bet it was fun. Thanks for the show.

"Play is the highest form of research, a chance to discover who we are, or maybe who we want to become." - Albert Einstein
Those who play games know why they do. To discover worlds, to challenge our fingers, and our minds. To connect with friends, or maybe just to escape.
Games are about possibilities, the paths we take as well as the ones we don't.

Ninja VR reminded me of Sonic, only in a different perspective. I thought it was pretty cool!
